Welcome to the Healthy Data Collective website (the “Website”).  The website shares information about the efforts of the Healthy Data Collective, including those various networks across Canada. 

Use of the Website is subject to these conditions; please read them carefully. By accessing and using the Website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of use set out below (“Terms of Use”). If you cannot or do not wish to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not use the Website.

The “Collective” may modify or change these Terms of Use in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Ownership and licensed rights

The Healthy Data Collective represents a large community of interested parties in improving how health data is designed and used in Canada. The views and opinions expressed on this Website represent those of the authors contributing content to this community, and do not indicate endorsement by any organization or entity that are associated with the Collective.

Parts of the Website and its materials may contain specifications or other intellectual property licensed or owned by other organizations or individuals. 

In addition to the protection afforded by these Terms of Use and any Service Terms, the Website and its materials are protected nationally and internationally under intellectual property laws and under the Creative Commons BY-NC 4.0 International Deed

Your use of the Website and its materials does not grant you any ownership rights to these and you may not do anything more with the Website or its materials than as expressly permitted under these Terms of Use and Service Terms.

The Collective reserves the right to make changes to the Website and its materials.
